Craig Goodwin-Ortiz de Leon, PhD, MPA, founded AnchorPoint Nonprofit Solutions and is a trusted advisor to small and mid-sized nonprofit organizations. With over a decade of leadership experience in nonprofit finance and administration and 20 years in business management, Craig helps mission-driven organizations build sustainable systems, tell their financial stories confidently, and prepare for long-term impact.

He brings to his work:

• A PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Grand Canyon University)

• A Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management (Rutgers University)

• More than 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including as a Vice President for Finance & Administration at a large nonprofit.

• Deep expertise in nonprofit financial reporting, indirect cost recovery (NICRA), grant compliance, financial health audits, and operational policy.

When he’s not consulting, Craig enjoys choral singing, writing, and studying Christian theology and spiritual formation.
